如何處理氫氣發生器遇到電解池不電解的情況

  氫氣發生器的原理(li)主(zhu)要有兩(liang)種(zhong),分別是堿液電解(jie)制(zhi)氫以及(ji)純水電解(jie)制(zhi)氫,其中:

  1、純(chun)水電(dian)(dian)解制氫:把(ba)滿足要求(qiu)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)解水(電(dian)(dian)阻率大(da)于1MΩ/cm,電(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)(zi)或(huo)分(fen)(fen)析行業用的(de)(de)去離子(zi)(zi)(zi)水或(huo)二次(ci)蒸餾水皆可(ke))送入電(dian)(dian)解槽(cao)陽極(ji)室,通電(dian)(dian)后水便立刻在陽極(ji)分(fen)(fen)解:2H2O=4H++2O-2,分(fen)(fen)解成的(de)(de)負氧(yang)離子(zi)(zi)(zi)(O-2),隨即在陽極(ji)放出(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)(zi),形(xing)成氧(yang)氣(O2),從陽極(ji)室排(pai)出(chu)(chu),攜(xie)(xie)帶(dai)部份水進(jin)入水槽(cao),水可(ke)循(xun)環使(shi)用,氧(yang)氣從水槽(cao)上蓋小(xiao)孔放入大(da)氣。氫質(zhi)子(zi)(zi)(zi)以水合(he)離子(zi)(zi)(zi)(H+?XH2O)形(xing)式在電(dian)(dian)場力的(de)(de)作用下,通過SPE離子(zi)(zi)(zi)膜,到達(da)陰極(ji)吸收電(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)(zi)形(xing)成氫氣,從陰極(ji)室排(pai)出(chu)(chu)后,進(jin)入氣水分(fen)(fen)離器,在此除(chu)去從電(dian)(dian)解槽(cao)攜(xie)(xie)帶(dai)出(chu)(chu)的(de)(de)大(da)部分(fen)(fen)水份,含微量水份的(de)(de)氫氣再經干燥器吸濕后,純(chun)度便達(da)到99.999%以上。

  2、堿液電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)制(zhi)氫(qing):這個工作原理是(shi)(shi)傳統隔(ge)膜堿液電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)法。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)槽內(nei)的(de)(de)導電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)介質是(shi)(shi)為氫(qing)氧化(hua)鉀(jia)水溶液,兩(liang)極(ji)(ji)室的(de)(de)分(fen)隔(ge)物(wu)是(shi)(shi)為航天(tian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)設備用(yong)隔(ge)膜,與端板合為一體的(de)(de)耐蝕、傳質良好的(de)(de)格柵電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)等組成電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)槽。向兩(liang)極(ji)(ji)施加直流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)之后,水分(fen)子在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)槽的(de)(de)兩(liang)極(ji)(ji)立刻發(fa)生(sheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)化(hua)學反應(ying),在(zai)陽(yang)極(ji)(ji)產生(sheng)了氧氣(qi)(qi),在(zai)陰極(ji)(ji)產生(sheng)了氫(qing)氣(qi)(qi)。反應(ying)式(shi)(shi)如(ru)下:陽(yang)極(ji)(ji):2OH--2e→H2O+1/2O2↑陰極(ji)(ji):2H2O+2e→2OH-+H2↑總反應(ying)式(shi)(shi):2H2O→2 H2↑+O2↑本儀(yi)器(qi)對壓(ya)(ya)控、過(guo)壓(ya)(ya)保(bao)護、流(liu)(liu)量(liang)顯示(shi)、流(liu)(liu)量(liang)追蹤等均實行自動(dong)控制(zhi);使輸出氫(qing)氣(qi)(qi)能在(zai)恒(heng)壓(ya)(ya)下,根據氣(qi)(qi)相色譜(pu)儀(yi)用(yong)氫(qing)氣(qi)(qi)量(liang),實現全自動(dong)調節(在(zai)產氣(qi)(qi)量(liang)范圍(wei)內(nei))。
